RBPAotearoa
RBPAotearoa was formed after working together for many years in the counselling and psychotherapy field. In 2012 Dr Allan Wade presented in Hawkes Bay and there was finally a collection of thinking that just made sense. A way to work alongside people that acknowledges, upholds, and honours their dignity, resistance and cultural knowledge. In 2015, RBPA hosted the first Dignity conference outside Canada/Turtle Island. In the following years, RBPA has continued to research, support and provide training & education to social service professionals with workshops, presentations and clinical supervision for professional development.
